160 mm (6.5") Midrange Device
The
main difference between the MXD-130 and the MXD-160 is the size.
Over the years, it has gone through many redesigns and changes
to achieve near perfection now. Both midranges were probably the
first midrange devices which used a massive 30 oz magnet (which
is the maximum weight for a 5" magnet). This midrange is
designed for very high performance sound systems, and the operating
range is suggested at 105 Hz to 7.5 KHz. |
